General Shipping Information

COVID-19 UPDATE: PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR STORE IS FULLY OPERATIONAL. HOWEVER DUE TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS, THE SHIPPING CARRIERS ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS

Orders are delivered by multiple couriers including USPS, and UPS.

All orders are shipped on the same day if placed before 10AM CST.

Priority and Express shipping options all deliver on Saturdays (contiguous US).

Free shipping is available only in the U.S.

Since order processing is generally done on the same day, cancellations are not possible. Please order carefully. Also note that express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

30 Day Return Policy

Due to the discreet, sensitive and hygienic nature of the products that are sold we do not accept returns, however, your toy breaks or is a Manufacturer Defect we’ll give you an exchange, replacement, or refund. Simply contact us within 30 days and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Please note that for items that have been removed from their packaging, we are only able to offer 50% of the product value in store credit (we cannot re-sell opened items).

Ordered Incorrectly

If your package has not left our warehouse, we will be able to change your order for you.

If your order has already left our warehouse, we cannot make any changes. You will need to place another order with the correct item(s). Please order carefully.

If you have ordered incorrectly, or you decide that you do not want your items, refuse the package at the time of delivery and have it marked Return to Sender (RTS). See below for further details on refused packages.

 

Order Returned or Refused

If an order is returned to us (due to an incorrect address, or you refused it, or the post office was unable to deliver), you will be refunded or credited once the package has been returned to us.

Please note that in this case, all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wrong Item Received/Item Missing

If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours from date of order received.

Order Lost, Stolen, or Late

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for a package that has been lost or stolen, unless you have purchased our optional shipping insurance.

If the order does not make it to its destination or is late, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing a claim.

If your order is late, please contact the courier directly.
